Description
Simply replace your existing toilet seat with the Bio Bidet 1000 bidet toilet seat and enjoy complete intimate washing and drying at the touch of a button!
Thorough washing and drying is beneficial to your personal hygiene. The Bio Bidet 1000 bidet toilet seat helps with a range of problems such as psoriasis, cancer, haemorrhoids, eczema or incontinence.
The spray wand offers you three functions – “feminine wash” “posterior wash” and “turbo wash” for internal cleansing. After you have finished washing, just press the “dry” button to be gently dried with a stream of warm air.
If you receive assistance when toileting, the Bio Bidet can reduce the carer’s involvement in personal cleaning. Your dignity will be greatly improved because everything is controlled via the handset.
On the handset, you can control the warmth of the seat, the water temperature, the spray pressure and even the warm air temperature. For power saving, two economy settings are also provided.
To install the Bio Bidet 1000 you’ll need to take a water supply from your existing cistern supply. You will also need an electrical connection. For fitting suggestions, please see our installation page or call our expert advisers.
Because the Bio Bidet 1000 consumes very little power, meaning you can actually save money compared to using paper!
To raise the height of the seat, you can use dedicated 50mm or 80mm seat boosters (not for use with “top fix” pans). And for additional stability, you can opt for side rails which feature a drop down function for ease of access. Please note that you must order seat risers and rails at the same time as the Bio Bidet 1000. If required independently, please call for assistance.

Dorothy Hopkins –
The staff at Practical Bathing were excellent, I really couldn’t fault them. I changed my mind several times until I finally settled on this product with the 80mm booster, rather than having to install a new comfort height toilet. Sadly once the booster was added to the normal toilet and then the Bio Bidet sat on top not only did it look ridiculous but it made it practically impossible to flush the toilet as the the Bio Bidet was half way up the cistern and the cistern had a handle flush. We also felt that it wasn’t sitting on the rim of the toilet very securely, if some one sat on the toilet not centrally it all seemed to move a bit. So we have taken the booster seat off and had to install grab rails instead for now until we replace the toilet with a comfort height one so currently the booster is no longer required. The plumber had a nightmare connecting the water supply as , as I believe most UK cisterns have the water supply going in to the right hand side the water connection on the Bio Bidet is on the left hand side so the pipework had to be fed behind the toilet to make the connection. It is a small area so not the easiest of jobs. The product itself is fine, works well and does the job we wanted it to do but the installation wasn’t as easy as we thought it should have been and it certainly doesn’t work well with the booster seat even though the booster is sold specifically for this seat.

Dear Mrs Hopkins. Thank you for your comment and your kind words about our service. The booster is made specifically for the BioBidet. About 200 have been sold so far. We have no other reports of problems, so I wonder if there was something specific to your WC pan? The cistern inlet can be on either hand, and it is quite normal for the installer to run a length of pipe across to accommodate the BioBidet’s inlet connection. In a confined area this can be fiddly. It sounds as though you have adapted everything successfully and the BioBidet is working for you. I do hope you enjoy the product and the benefits it provides.
