Our web site provides the opportunity to make simple, quick, secure payment for your purchase. However, there may be circumstances which make other payment methods more appropriate, such as customised orders.
Please call us, and we will be pleased to process your order manually. We can send you a Sales Order form by email or post. You can then email or post your order back to us and it will be processed as soon as it arrives.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please call us to discuss and to obtain our bank details. Cash payments are not accepted.

Unless specified, bath delivery is by standard Next Day pallet service to mainland UK addresses (excludes remote locations) . This will arrive during standard working hours on weekdays. (Please see our Terms & Conditions). We cannot specify a time of day for this service. The customer must be present to receive. Delivery is “kerbside” to the premises only – we cannot unpack and bring the bath inside the property. The driver may (at their discretion) deliver to a garage, car port or area of your choice, as long as there is a level, clear and solid path to reach it.
There may be circumstances where a non-standard delivery might be required. This could be a delayed delivery to arrive on a specific date; a UK offshore delivery (anywhere not on the mainland) or a delivery to a remote location. Deliveries to non-mainland or remote destinations will need to be costed individually. Please call to discuss.
Please note: Deliveries must be checked upon receipt, and damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Claims outside of this time cannot be accepted.
