Payment Options

Our web site provides the opportunity to make simple, quick, secure payment for your purchase. However, there may be circumstances which make other payment methods more appropriate, such as customised orders.

Please call us, and we will be pleased to process your order manually. We can send you a Sales Order form by email or post. You can then email or post your order back to us and it will be processed as soon as it arrives.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please call us to discuss and to obtain our bank details. Cash payments are not accepted.

Delivery

Our anticipated delivery timings will be shown on the product pages. Delivery is to mainland UK only and excludes remote locations. For non-mainland or remote location deliveries, please call to discuss.

STANDARD DELIVERY – Unless specified, bath delivery is by standard Next Day pallet service to mainland UK addresses (excludes remote locations) . This will arrive during standard working hours on weekdays. (Please see our Terms & Conditions). We cannot specify a time of day for this service. The customer must be present to receive.  Delivery is “kerbside” to the premises only – we will not unpack and bring the bath inside the property. The driver may (at their discretion) deliver to a garage, car port or area of your choice, as long as there is a level, clear and solid path to reach it.

DELUXE DELIVERY – (included on some products). Delivery is by a two man team who will arrange a delivery date and time slot. They will call one hour ahead of arrival. They will unpack the product, photograph it, and bring away the packaging.

Please note: Deliveries must be checked upon receipt, and damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Claims outside of this time cannot be accepted.
